Is Debian 9 (Stretch) going to be released with kernel 4.9 or 4.10 ?

I have noticed tha initially Debian 9 was supposed to be released on kernel 4.10, but since 4.9 will be the official LTS - I wonder if the Debian will follow suit

petn-randall, thanks - I know that stretch has 4.9 since the 4.10 is still in RC, but based on previous discussions and my understanding - the aim was to wait for next LTS kernel - thanks it seem that is time
