after I run a sudo command and entered the password I'm not asked again for a short time frame. Can I force to get asked everytime for a specific command then?

Aebian, basically: add 'timestamp_timeout=0' to defaults in /etc/sudoers

Hello! I've got a debian 8.7 box that -- at install time -- I only set up wired ethernet. I now want to activate wireless so I installed wireless-tools and firmware-b43-installer. This all works except module 'b43' doesn't insmod at boot. I added a line to /etc/modules but it made no difference. Manually calling 'modprobe b43' *does* work. Advice for my next step?

bgardner: what hardware do you have?
bgardner 2017-01-30 01:15:07

Nice, hold on, let me fix that stupidity...
deni 2017-01-30 01:16:30
jolt: that doesn't answer my question.... how is that different from what I already have in /etc/systemd/logind.conf ? and won't it conflict?
deni 2017-01-30 01:16:50
jolt: also for /etc/pm/sleep.d don't I need pm-utils installed?
