In Configuration, there is Built-in Audio and AK5370 I/F A/D Converter. The latter only has the choice Profile: Off. The former has the choices:

Obviously it installed enogh that it loads the grub prompt, but if I pick Debian in the EfI menu it goes straight to the prompt. Fortunately, I can trigger the EFI menu, and if I choose Windows it starts defaulting to that.
