Hi there! I lost my password for my virt machine, then I've tried to follow this tut for changing my shadow file https://paolozaino.wordpress.com/2013/08/07/how-to-recover-kvm-virtual-machine-root-password/ mounting my virt machine on /mnt, but I think I didn't shut down my virt machine properly when doing the change. So now I end up with a "Input/ouptut error" on my shadow file.

I still have the shadow- file, but I can't do anything on the shadow file. Is there a way to recover the shadow file form shadow- or to remove the corrupted file, I don't know?
