no, I'm asking why ""Be careful, FFmpeg is not available on Debian 8 Jessie"" - specifically the rationalle behind such a move. I'm OK if it's something that makes sense, like proprietary blobs or other copyright issues, as may be the case, but for an upstream repo to simply drop it is a bit O.o

They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. -- Why is this? I have never encountered that before. I have amd64/ i386 multiarch. Nameserver is working. And it is the same with other mirrors.
