reinstalled the thing like a ton of times already in many different occasions so it'd reset settings, and got them back running every time, but no dice

before updating to the latest version, I would reinstall alsa and pulse audio and it would get back working

implijer_: i'm surprised you are getting torbrowser from a repo. personally, i just drop the binary into a subfolder off of /opt and work with that. good luck.
