whats up
Zad 2017-03-07 04:02:02
hello there! is there a way to install n virtual machines at a time?
plasmoduckk 2017-03-07 04:02:02
n?
plasmoduckk 2017-03-07 04:03:46
Zad: what do you mean n?
plasmoduckk 2017-03-07 04:04:56
hmm
Zad 2017-03-07 04:06:46
plasmoduckk, install several VMs at a time on a host machine
Zad 2017-03-07 04:07:01
I don't mean selecting 'create a new vm' and running parallel installs. I mean using one install medium and have it install multiple VMs at a time
plasmoduck 2017-03-07 04:07:34
not that I know of
TheSin 2017-03-07 04:08:36
anyone have any hints or ideas why I would have this in my logs over and over, it's the only server I manage that has it other of 14 servers http://pastebin.com/j4cNZCab
TheSin 2017-03-07 04:08:55
only diff on this server it that it runs dovecot, but I"m not sure how dovecot could be at fault for this

How do I change the default Desktop Environment for a user? I have created a user with no password, enabled auto-login and passwordless login, and created a custom xsession that opens OpenPHT so that the system basically operates like an appliance while allowing me to use ZFS as a backup server in the background. Everything works except that the user's default desktop environment is Cinammon
jasonwc 2017-03-07 04:41:08
- not the custom OpenPHT .desktop I created.
plasmoduck_ 2017-03-07 04:41:08
[Chris Garvin, cyberphreak] hey
jasonwc 2017-03-07 04:41:08
I want the system to automatically login user openpht with the custom .desktop I setup
greycat 2017-03-07 04:42:10
jasonwc: traditionally, you would put "exec something" in the user's ~/.xsession file and pray that you are using a DM that reads that file.
greycat 2017-03-07 04:43:34
Where "something" is the magic start command for whatever DE you wanted that user to use.
ddrescue 2017-03-07 04:47:32
greetings nixlings :)
jasonwc 2017-03-07 04:49:23
greycat so, in this case exec openpht, since i have an openpht.desktop file in /usr/share/xsessions?
