Anyone how knows a sources.list generator for jessie that works ? I use https://debgen.simplylinux.ch/ But it's offline at the moment and i have reinstallled my os.

A suitable /etc/apt/sources.list for Debian 8 "Jessie" has three lines: "deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ jessie main" "deb http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main" "deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ jessie-updates main". Be sure to run «aptitude update» after editing sources.list. Also see and "man sources.list".

I wonder if this was a scriptet triggered update as a result of the ftp at uio.no being broken or if was manual intervention
